The Enhancement Pack II requires that you have Enhancement Pack I installed on your computer.  You must meet any additional requirements set by IWD:HoW:TotL

What it adds

~20 New Spells / Innate Abilities
~20 New Items
6-12 new Importable PCs
Improved Smart [AI] Scripts

These new PCs all have something special about them.  Six of them have what I call 'Pseudo Kits'.  These kits are not added to the game (i.e. selectable during character generation ala BG2).  However, they have been added to specific *.char files that you can import into your game and play.  The Pseudo Kits included in the Enhancement Pack are as follows:

• Painbearer of Ilmater (Cleric)

• Avenger (Druid)

• Votary (Paladin)

• Skald (Bard)

• Mountain (Man)

• Holy Justice of Tyr

In addition to those PCs there may be others included in the Enhancement Pack.
